Hi ! I tried to take the same shot slightly earlier in the evening as you suggested. Just had to wait long enough for the street lamp to come on because I really like the yellow glow it lends to the photograph. I took more zoomed in shots of the same landscape but unfortunately I couldn't get any of them to be in focus.

With a brighter sky, the whole composition now feels more expressive. The silhouettes of the palms really stand out.
The artistic use of light adds a warm, romantic atmosphere to the shot. Reducing the aperture size has provided a greater depth of field. The ISO is low and the quality of the shot is not impaired by digital noise.
Замечания и рекомендации
The lower part of the shot is a little off-putting, where it has fallen into shadow. This large, very dark section distracts the viewer from the main subject. You could maybe try not including the fence in the photo, instead devoting full attention to the upper part of the composition, or at least cropping down that section of the photo with the fence in it.

14.04.2017Thank you for the inputs! Yes, the lower part of the picture isn' that great. I actually didn't know if we were allowed to edit pictures like crop them before submitting otherwise would have definitely done so.

You may certainly use Crop tool to improve your photos. But it's better to leave WB and exposure as is in order your studying will be more effective.
