A perfectly captured image. The way you have achieved the effect of
freezing the water is textbook. There is no blurring, the sharpness and
level of detail are good. You accurately convey the gloomy atmosphere of
the day; the colours are deep and calm. The composition is wonderful!

Замечания и рекомендации

The horizon is ever so slightly slanted. For artistic effect, you either
want to slant it even more, or keep it perfectly level.
Also, it would have been better to keep the fountain in the foreground in
focus, to better express the perspective of the shot.
