Great photo! You have picked the perfect time of day for this shot – the
twilight continues to light the evening sky and the city, while there is
also light from the buildings and the streets. There is a nice contrast
between the light blues and the yellows. And there is a decent definition
to the shot.

Замечания и рекомендации

The ISO could be lowered, as the shutter speed is already sufficiently
slow. This would help to improve the quality of the photograph. At night it
is better to use the lowest ISO value possible and a slow shutter speed.

In terms of composition, the horizon line should ideally be moved away from
the centre, either up or down, so that you get a more balanced composition.
